Are you considering selling your home in Northern Virginia? Hire Inspectrum Data Services to inspect your home before putting it on the market. A Pre-Listing Inspection gives you the chance to fix any issues and avoid surprises during negotiations, thus simplifying the sale of your home.
We’re dedicated to getting the most accurate details about your home and use cutting-edge technologies to do so, including:
Aerial/Drone Photography: With each inspection, we use drone technology to get aerial images of your roof cover and any areas of the external portion of the residence that may need attention and otherwise not seen with a standard visual inspection. Ariel drone photography is subject to weather conditions and wind speed and may not be performed due to any of these conditions. If these conditions exist then a visual inspection from the ground will be performed.
Pre and post sale Drone roof Inspections:
The square footage (SF) is based on total SF of the roof cover:
1500-2500 SF: $125.00
2500 – 4000 SF: $165.00
+ 5000 SF: $200.00
Additional charge of $50.00 for complex hip and valley.
Infrared Thermal Imaging: Thermal imaging recognizes heat signatures rather than light and allows us to further explore important issues revealed in our visual inspection. Thermograph is generally used when there are visible signs of water intrusion, visible sign of air infiltration and generally used in the attic to detect changes in heat/cold signatures. The use of thermograph is not used during the inspection as an energy audit tool. We have partnered with Comfenergy to provide a service for mold remediation and home comfort and energy evaluations.

Radon Detection: Radon is a colorless odorless gas that generates from the soil and is naturally occurring and comes from the breakdown of uranium. Radon is a cancer causing radioactive gas that you cannot see, smell or taste. Radon levels greater than 4 PCI/l (pico Curies per liter) are considered high levels by EPA and radon mitigation should be performed.
Home Energy Audits and Home Energy Reports: Energy audits can help the average homeowner save approximately 10-30% of their energy consumption. Audits include exterior wall and roof leaks, attic access points, insulation, ceiling recessed lighting and penetrations into the attic, duct work, hot water heater, furnaces and blower door test with the use of thermography.
